Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with our Essential Edit Package ($150), Standard Edit Package ($250), Premium Edit Package ($350), or Elite Edit Package ($450). Based in Houston, Texas, we offer this Refund Policy to provide clarity and fairness regarding refunds for our services booked through Vivedmark.shop and processed via our secure payment provider, Stripe. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested and processed.

Refund Eligibility

We strive to exceed your expectations with every project. If you are not satisfied with the initial draft of your edited video, you may request a full refund within seven days of receiving the draft. This applies to all packages, ensuring you have ample time to review our work. To be eligible, the draft must not have been approved, and no final video file should have been delivered. If you have requested revisions (as included in your package) and remain unsatisfied after those revisions, you may still request a full refund within the seven-day period. Refunds are not available after the final video is delivered and approved, as this indicates acceptance of the completed work.

Deposits and Partial Payments

For our Standard, Premium, and Elite packages, which may require a deposit (e.g., 50% upfront), refunds for deposits are available under specific conditions. If you cancel your project within 24 hours of booking and before editing begins, the deposit will be fully refunded. If editing has started, a partial refund may be issued, deducting costs for work completed (e.g., up to 50% of the deposit for time spent in Adobe Premiere Pro or Adobe After Effects). We will provide a breakdown of any deductions to ensure transparency. If no editing has begun, the full deposit will be refunded.

Refund Process

Include your name, project details, booking confirmation number (if available), and the reason for your refund request. We will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours to confirm eligibility. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not available in certain situations to ensure fairness. No refunds will be issued after the final video is delivered and approved by you, as this confirms satisfaction with the project. Additionally, refunds are not available for projects where the maximum number of revisions (as specified in your package) has been exhausted and no further issues are reported within the seven-day review period. If you fail to provide usable raw footage or project details, preventing us from starting or completing the edit, no refund will be issued for any payments made.

Special Circumstances

We understand that unique situations may arise, such as technical issues with footage or unexpected project changes. If you believe your case warrants special consideration, please contact us to discuss options. At our discretion, we may offer a partial refund, project credit, or alternative solutions to address your needs.
