This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which you may cancel a booked service, whether it’s our Essential Edit Package ($150), Standard Edit Package ($250), Premium Edit Package ($350), or Elite Edit Package ($450). Based in Houston, Texas, we aim to accommodate your needs while maintaining fairness for both parties. This policy applies to all video editing projects booked through our website, Vivedmark.shop, and processed via our secure payment provider, Stripe.
Cancellation Before Project Start
You may cancel your video editing project at no cost if the request is made within 24 hours of booking. This applies to all packages and ensures flexibility if your plans change shortly after scheduling. To cancel, please contact us via email at contact@vivedmark.shop or by phone at +1 (972) 514-6842 during our business hours (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM CST). Alternatively, you can submit a cancellation request through our secure contact form at vivedmark.shop/contact. Once confirmed, any payments or deposits made via Stripe will be refunded in full within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Cancellation After Project Start
If you cancel after editing has begun, we assess refunds based on the work completed. For projects where a deposit was paid, such as the Standard, Premium, or Elite packages, a partial refund may be issued, deducting costs for any editing work already performed. For example, if significant editing has started using Adobe Premiere Pro or Adobe After Effects, we may retain up to 50% of the deposit to cover time and resources. If no work has begun, the deposit will be fully refunded. Cancellations after the delivery of a draft edit are not eligible for refunds, as substantial work will have been completed. Please contact us promptly to discuss your cancellation and receive an update on refund eligibility.

We understand that unexpected situations may arise. If you need to cancel due to extenuating circumstances, such as technical issues with footage or project delays beyond your control, please contact us to discuss options. We may offer a credit toward a future project or adjust the refund amount at our discretion. Our goal is to ensure fairness while supporting your video editing needs.
